Its been a while since I've made contact or logged on here. Much has been happening and at the moment I am in the middle of exams which end next week.
I believe that the programme has come to an end now, but I would re-join once I have my exams out of the way. Work has been hectic also, and it has all made me exhausted and I have 'struggled'with my plan *sigh* but....I will get back on track.
I had downloaded the power journal but am trying to get consistent filling it in. Will post my measurements and weight tonight, had been searching for a tape measure and finally found one.
Loved the posture stuff on Tuesday, am walking so much taller.
Could you please take your measurements if you've not done so already. Bust, around nipple line, waist around belly button and hips round largest part of your bottom. Also your weight. Can you put them on today's power journal and we'll update every Tuesday.
I'll be adding more stuff to the site today. The Power circuit which we did this morning and the dumbell matrix. I'll post what the homework should be for the week on the front page.
Well, I have been doing the workout for about 2 days now...and I can tell you that im feeling it, i've been doing it once in the morning and once at night. My legs and upper body are sore.
Is this normal? Should I wait until they arn't sore anymore before I do the workout again?
I'm a fat loss expert and health coach at Dax Moy Personal Training Studios, in London. I'm a bit of a geek in terms of anything health and fitness related and can talk to you all day about training and nutrition, (much to my boyfriend's chagrin!).
Aside from that I love to meet new people, travel, dance, and generally have lots of fun, after all isn't that what life's about?

Yep it's a lot first of all but you get used to it quickly. Glad you enjoyed Tuesday, have a read of the latest blog post, it's all about posture!
